  • Sneakers – basketball shoes are good – if we are playing box lacrosse inside at the Rec Center

  • Practice pinnie
  • Shorts
  • Jock with Cup
  • Water bottle – large – with water in it

Items in bold are VERY important; players tend to forget about them often
