Our U-11, U-14, and U-16 programs are competitive travel lacrosse programs. During the spring and fall, we run for two months, three days a week, with games on weekends. Our travel is limited to day trips in the Montreal area except in rare circumstances when we arrange to play in large tournaments in other provinces or the U.S. We seek to focus on skill development and game tactics at all levels. As players progress through the program , we aim to give them the opportunity to play at a high level. Westmount Lynx alumni have gone on to play for Team Quebec and for U.S. and Canadian varsity programs. The Westmount Lynx are committed to the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance.
