A: Lacrosse Stick, Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Arm Guards, Gloves, Mouth Guard, and Athletic Supporter With Cup.  Rib pads are optional. Footwear is personal choice; please wear sneakers in the gym, cleats are best on the grass. Please note that hockey helmets are sufficient for the U-11 teams.
