From Jesse:
“We work with 27 sports and sent 18,000+ kid to college in the 2014 class alone.
Huge focus on exposure, education and having a personal guide to help assist with communication to college coaches, what to work on – on the field to get better, how to negotiate offers, and a personal guide to what they are looking for in a school and college experience.
We have a bit “give back” culture and never turn down a qualified athlete because of money alone and work with the NFL Players association to help us fund the memberships with athletes who cannot afford it. We have 250+ full time employees and just inked a partnership with Inside Lacrosse helping with developing and sharing recruiting content and will be a presence at all their events this summer. SO big things on the rise and trying to develop more of a structure for clubs who are looking to get involved.
Jesse Churchward played collegiately at lacrosse powerhouse Towson University, where he helped the Tigers claim three Colonial Athletic Association titles and reach the NCAA Division I tournament three times. After college Churchward served as the team captain for Spencer Club in London, and was the team MVP in 2007. Also coaching a U 15 – All South England team. He has gained valuable coaching experience at True Lacrosse & All Shore Lacrosse club in Chicago upon returning to the area and for the past 4 years been a Head Coach / Defensive Coordinator at the U 15 level.
Jesse played football and lacrosse while attending Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor (Mich.). He was a first-team all-state selection in 2001 & nominated for All American. In high school he also earned an academic all-state award and a pair of conference sportsmanship awards.
For the last 3 recruiting class, just for men’s lacrosse – 752 players sent to college across D1, D2, D3, NAIA, Junior college and club, 68 walking on. There was an average of 17,674 for the reported scholarships, not lacrosse only but across the board with academics and need based combined.
I just wanted to provide you a little background on myself, our organization and I am really excited to head up to Montreal and get out in front of some families.”
